Any item is available for a refund within 30 days of the original purchase provided it is in original condition and is sealed. All items we sell, even second hand or ex-display models will be sealed when you receive them – should any seal on the product be broken, it is no longer eligible for a refund.

Please contact us (in Swedish or English) at email@example.com before returning an order so that we can arrange for it to be handled. Sending an order back to us without contacting us first will not result in a refund until we are able to verify your purchase.
Returned items must be unopened and sealed. We are unable to accept opened and/or unsealed items for return. Orders that are returned to us opened will not be refunded and to have such an order be returned to you will be at your expense.
If you wish to return an item or you cancel an order after the item has been sent, any additional postage costs incurred to return the item(s) are your responsibility and no refund or exchange can take place until the items have been delivered to us. To guarantee items return to us, we highly recommend using a recorded delivery service – we are not liable for items lost in the post and items lost in the post will not be refunded.
